Six men and two women have been indicted on federal charges of conspiring to form a Bloods street gang in Harrisburg, the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today.
Charged by the federal grand jury were: Dion Johnson, 23, of Harrisburg; Felix Collazo, 24, of Harrisburg; Alexander Figueroa, 33, of Harrisburg; Jonathan Riley, 22, of Harrisburg; Candy Perez, 19, of Susquehanna Twp., Jasmine Davis, 19, of Harrisburg; Isaiah Chase, 22, of Harrisburg and Tommy Phillips, 21, of Harrisburg.
